Digital Erasmus Mobility & Business English Internship Experience in Ireland
For group bookings of 15 participants or more, LXI provides reduced rates: 7‑day programmes at €625 per person and 10‑day programmes at €850 per person. Flights and accommodation are not included, while airport transfers (€75) are billed separately to allow claims under transport allowances. The daily course rate is €80 per person, offering excellent value for Erasmus+ projects.
This programme is designed to meet Erasmus+ mobility targets while embracing the Digital Decade. Each participant receives an LXI tablet for the duration of the programme, enabling blended and flipped learning methodologies supported by AI tutors, assessment, and evaluation tools. Students integrate daily with local Irish people and other EU participants during travel, ensuring that not all classrooms have walls. E‑learning content remains accessible for up to three months via smartphone, while live integration continues through Zoom conferences and open discussions during the mobility period. Learners enjoy full autonomy over their schedule, managing their own pace with “play and pause” features on their device, extending the 7‑ or 10‑day mobility programme into eight weeks of digital language learning.
Beyond language acquisition, participants immerse themselves in Irish culture, meeting local communities during the day and evenings, fostering quality networking and true integration. LXI’s sustainability model ensures that Erasmus, Movetia, and PON programmes are carbon cost neutral, aligning with EU Green Deal objectives.
Job Shadowing Integration for Teachers
Teachers can easily convert this English Learning and Irish Cultural programme into a Job Shadowing mobility. LXI’s AI programme incorporates 20 hours of English lessons focused on the Irish educational system, covering Creche, Montessori, Primary, Secondary, and Third‑Level education, including exams and operations. Participants meet LXI’s Managing Director or Area Manager to discuss objectives, certifications, and operations, and may observe educational mobility programmes in the southeast of Ireland. A 90‑minute Zoom call with an Irish teacher further enhances learning, offering Q&A opportunities.
Teachers may also arrange visits to local schools in Tramore, Waterford, Dungarvan, Thomastown, Kilkenny, Bagnelstown, Carlow, or Athy, focusing on areas such as special needs, sports, or early childhood education. LXI encourages teacher‑to‑teacher and school‑to‑school appointment setting, ensuring authentic professional exchanges. This flexible structure allows teachers to “zoom in and out” of the schedule to meet their Erasmus+ project objectives, while maintaining autonomy over their personalised programme.

Compliance, Certification & Innovation
All programmes are delivered under European hard law and GDPR compliance, ensuring lawful data handling and student protection. LXI holds ISO9001 Quality, ISO14001 Environmental, and ISO45001 Health & Safety certifications, audited consistently for over seven years. As Ireland’s largest Erasmus partner provider (OID No. E10117110), LXI guarantees compliance, sustainability, and institutional reassurance.
With innovative technology, not all classrooms have walls. LXI mobilises information delivery through tablets, smartphones, and AI tutors, making learning flexible, immersive, and unforgettable.
IE programmes increase autonomy and diversify opportunities for professionals in their career development. Groups from a single educational facility can travel and learn together, attending different courses simultaneously at varying levels of English. Each participant’s progress is monitored individually, ensuring measurable improvement in English language competences.
Choosing the right Erasmus+ partner is vital for project application success. With LXI, institutions can meet Erasmus+ grant objectives with ease, while students and staff enjoy tremendous value even without grant funding.
