Programme Overview

All bookings, FAQs, diaries of events, daily course delivery, evaluation, and continuous learning are managed through IE’s digital CRM platform, ensuring GDPR‑compliant administration. Introduction and completion are delivered online and in Ireland, with artificial intelligence assessing each student’s true level of English and tailoring content to their pace.

Daily learning includes:

• 3 English lessons from over 500 topics, chosen by participants.

• Specialised Erasmus+ modules at B1 level on Environmental Sustainability, Student Inclusion, Digitalisation of Education, and the Irish Educational System.

• 5 GPS‑enabled cultural attraction videos.

• 5 randomised Irish culture and tradition videos, with optional additional content.

• Participant‑controlled digital intake aligned with Erasmus+ country targets and requirements.

Institutions are advised to consult with their Erasmus office to confirm if this Digital/AI solution can replace Teacher Shadowing, particularly as EU participant school numbers decrease.

• 7‑Day Tour: Three coach tours to major Irish attractions, admission included, plus two airport transfers.

• 10‑Day Tour: Five coach tours to significant attractions, admission included, plus two airport transfers.

Each tour provides exposure to native English speakers and authentic cultural experiences. An IE Area Manager meets participants daily at boarding and return, while an online help desk remains open throughout. Optional evening live chats with TEFL/CELTA English tutors and Irish teachers are available, tailored to participant level.

Networking & Continuous Learning

Participants can undertake different language courses simultaneously, ensuring learning is participant‑specific and paced individually. With up to 25 participants per course, there are ample opportunities to network with Irish teachers and locals at attractions, cafés, bars, accommodation, and during daily travel.

Learning continues beyond the mobility period with eight weeks of extended English classes via smartphone or PC (24/7), plus continuous networking through IE’s participant resource library and alumni chat groups.

Terms & Conditions – Internship Experience Ireland

All Internship Experience Ireland (IE) Erasmus+ mobility programmes are delivered under clear booking and compliance conditions to ensure transparency and participant reassurance.

• A 25% booking deposit is required and is non‑refundable, though booking dates may be changed up to five weeks before arrival.

• The final payment of 75% is due four weeks prior to arrival and is also non‑refundable, with dates changeable up to two weeks before arrival.

• In cases of cancellation, a credit voucher will be issued for future use on the same programme only.

Participants must arrange travel, programme, and medical insurance in their country of origin, as it is their responsibility to secure suitable cover.

All programmes begin on Sunday afternoons, with transfers provided from Dublin Airport via IE coach, details outlined in the participant’s CRM diary. For the English programme, IE supplies returnable tablets and disposable earphones, ensuring GDPR‑compliant delivery of digital content.
